Gentle - Active Gentle with Aromatherapy
Wind down, relax and stretch. A slow, beginner friendly yoga class geared to relax and de-stress at the end of your day. Basic postures with a strong focus on alignment in a warm and inviting environment. Appropriate for those who can’t touch their toes. Each weekly class will vary on focus and/or theme; such as core, shoulders, hips, balance, or a set flow. Classes will include warm up, stretch and flow, asanas, balance practice and savasana. Props are optional but encouraged.
Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy
Restorative Yoga focuses on the quality of poses rather the quantity. Props are used to “build the floor up” to the student to achieve active relaxation. The body should feel completely supported by props which enables complete release of all tension that the body holds. Poses are held for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the body’s relaxation response to activate bringing total relaxation and surrender to the body. Unlike a flow class, RY does not seek to find the deepest sensation, rather, it seeks no sensation at all in order to find the deepest opening available in the body on that day.
Restorative Yoga can be beneficial for people who are going through major life transitions causing stress, those with daily stressors, those recovering from injuries or illnesses, people in need of deep relaxation and rest or anyone else who wishes to relax, restore and rejuvenate. Restorative Yoga is for EVERYONE.
Accessible Active Chair with Aromatherapy
Yoga is truly for Every Body, so if your body is in the stages of healing or you are living with a condition that makes it difficult to do yoga on the mat, this is the class for you!
In Chair Yoga, yoga positions and poses are adapted through creative use of a chair. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. We warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more support and stability. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair or wall is used for support during standing poses, Poses can include forward and backward bends, side extensions, balancing, and leg and arm stretches.
Extended Gentle with Aromatherapy (1.5 hours)
Great for beginners and those returning to the practice. This class may include using provided props like chairs, walls, bolsters, straps and blankets. Beginning with a lengthened relaxation to center the mind, prepare the body for movement and continuing in to a gentle, slow flow.
This will be a low impact class, including breathwork, stretching, and improving core strength, mobility and balance. You will move at a slow pace as you are guided through less intense poses focusing on alignment and joint mobility. This form of yoga allows you to move at a comfortable pace, will not push you to do anything that may be uncomfortable, and creates less strain on muscles and joints. Ending the class with an extended Savasana, you will be stretching, breathing, and feeling rejuvenated when you walk out the door.
Moderate with Aromatherapy

Yoga in the workplace – 20 - 40 or 75 mins
A combination of chair yoga and gentle yoga. This class can also be modified for a moderate more vigorous class
Starting with chair Yoga, yoga positions and poses are adapted through creative use of a chair. Office chairs can be used, but ideally armless chairs are best. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. We warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more support and stability. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing poses, forward and backward bends, side extensions, balancing, and leg and arm stretches.

Physical exercise, even moderate stretching, has been known to increase blood circulation and help produce energy. Through its dynamic movements, yoga increases blood flow throughout the body and helps reduce fatigue. Deep breathing increases lung capacity and increases the amount of oxygen in the body.
When your employees have more oxygen in their bodies, it makes them more energetic and helps them fuel through the hectic work schedules. Yoga increases focus and concentration among employees, making them more productive. With increased concentration and better focus, creativity also follows. Doing yoga improves health conditions and helps relieve most kinds of pain or discomfort. As a result of this, employee absenteeism due to sickness or any other health problems decreases. Simultaneously, there’s an increase in employee morale and productivity.
