I am a 50+ second career yoga teacher. My approach to the practice of yoga is slow and mindful while focusing on alignment and form to help prevent injury and optimize the benefits of each asana or “pose.” This creates a safer and more conscientious practice regardless of flexibility or physical challenges. Compassionate and fun yoga is the goal!
I have been a practicing yogi for over 15 years, and as a former ballet dancer, the beauty, strength, and form of yoga initially appealed to me as a way to stay resilient and flexible.
While my goal is attracting non-traditional students, such as those with limited mobility, visual impairment, balance challenged and restricted movement, I also enjoy teaching a strong and vigorous class that encourages effort and coordination. I currently teach Gentle Yoga classes and a Moderate class at Living Room Yoga in Emmaus, PA. As we share our yoga path together, I highly encourage you to ask questions and feel empowered to share your personal preferences both during and after classes.

I am a certified 200 hour YTT, recognized by Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS), and a CTAA Accredited Yoga teacher. Other certifications include Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and Ayurvedic Specialist. (300 hour YTT in progress)
Small group, private classes and workplace yoga are also available.

Full payment is expected on or near the reservation of the date and time. If a cancellation is necessary all efforts will be made to reschedule within one month. If a reschedule cannot be agreed upon all payments can be refunded.
**If the client(s) does not show up for the session on the day and time scheduled or If the session cannot be completed on the day scheduled and there was no effort of communication prior, no payment will be returned.

Tamantha is an amazing instructor. Her classes leave me feeling restored, refreshed and well nourished. I love her gentle approach, since I am new to yoga. Tamantha provides comforting energy, and despite my initial preconception that I wasn't "good" at yoga, I now find myself looking forward to her classes and the amazing way I feel afterwards. She is a truly gifted instructor.
